Because let’s be honest, nobody reads a one-sided indemnity clause and thinks, “Boy, this appears overly broad.”

We built Spicy Mode to reflect what lawyers actually think when reading contracts, not what shows up in tracked changes. 

An example:

• Standard Review: 'Uneven Liability Cap' – The limitation of liability caps the other party's total exposure at fees paid over the prior 12 months, while your indemnification obligations for IP and policy claims remain uncapped.
• Spicy Mode: 'Liability Cap: Your Exposure is Infinite, Theirs is Pocket Change' – Their risk is capped. Yours is left wide open.
