What is Autonomous Contract Management (ACM)?
Autonomous Contract Management (ACM) is a new category of software that uses AI to handle the routine work of contracts from intake to renewal. Instead of just storing and tracking agreements like older tools, ACM does the repetitive work itself, capturing new contracts, running a first pass before a lawyer sees them, supporting negotiation, and keeping signed contracts searchable and monitored. Is this different from a CLM?
